Nebuchadnezzar Group is a jazz ensemble that has been pushing boundaries for over a decade.

It was founded in 2014 by Cláudio Alves (guitar), João Ferreira (piano and keyboards), Hugo Santos, (double and electric bass) and Maximiliano Llanos (drums).

With four albums under their belt, including the latest and boldest work, The HEXA Project, the band continues to redefine modern jazz. Now evolved into a sextet, the addition of Tiago Vigia (saxophone) and Leon Baldesberger (trumpet) brings fresh energy and innovation to their sound.

The band has left its mark on renowned stages such as Cantaloupe Café (Olhão), Caldas Nice Jazz (Caldas da Rainha), XI Jazz Iberia (Badajoz, Spain), Festival Nazionale dei Conservatori (Frosinone, Italy), Mákina de Cena (Loulé), and Clarence Jazz Club (Málaga)

Known for their engaging live performances, Nebuchadnezzar Group invites audiences to join them in their ongoing exploration of jazz's endless possibilities.

With The HEXA Project, the journey continues.
